Our manufacturing facility is backed by qualified, experienced engineering and design groups who are ready to work closely with you.

The bifurcated riveting process is used on all containers. These steel rivets are rated at a tensile strength of 85,000 psi and a sheer strength of 63,750 psi. Each rivet must be precisely driven by our special J.L.Thomson riveting machines.
Our quality control program checks our manufacturing process at every step assuring our customers of a high quality finished product.

The bifurcated riveting process requires that the 6063/T5 rated aluminum "angled" edging be punched on both sides every 3 inches by our 100 ton press. On-site punching assures accuracy of hole alignment.

Our 100-ton press assures accuracy of hole-alignment.
